OUR STORY
Welcome to our shop!
Hi! We’re Rashmi and Bhumi. We started Golden Lotus Crafts back in 2016. We love to craft and started off making custom personalized greeting cards, invitations, T-shirts, and other gift items for clients. Then came time to start a family, and we put our ambitions aside to focus on growing our family.
As holidays such as Janmashtami, Navratri, Diwali, Makar Sankranti, and Holi approached (you get the point…the list can go on and on!), we found ourselves struggling to find things for daily wear, holiday activities, and educational resources that expressed our love for our holidays. We realized that if we were struggling with this, other South Asian American families must be as well.
Fast forward to the post-COVID era, and we found ourselves debating whether or not to continue our journey with Golden Lotus Crafts. After much thought, we decided we needed to start our little dream again—not just for us, but for our kids.
Our goal at Golden Lotus Crafts is to create apparel, personalized items, and other merchandise inspired by culture and faith, while also welcoming custom orders and your unique ideas.
